I got unapproved my name doesn’t correspond to the one in the document
I wrote it in latin, not good
I wrote it in cyrilic, not good
They say to reupload another document but I don’t have that option
I tried again, I get you reached a limit for KYC uploads. !?
Wrote support, no one answers
…after 3 hours they ask me if I try to do KYC. Well what else the fuck you do?
I’m dedicated to try to convince my clients and future ones not to use this incompetent platform.
